  6. Due to incorrect password stored by the admin and credential manager. This issue will be solved by the removing of previous stored credentials from the
    Credential manager.

  • Go to the Control Panel, then click on Credential Manager. 
  • Now, we look for the credential set that has an outlook in the name.
  • After the above step , we expand the set and click on remove from vault.
  • Repeat the step for all credential sets that have outlook in the name.
Due to a corrupted outlook profile. Sometimes outlook may fail to remember passwords due to corrupted files. To solve this corruption problem or issue we create a new outlook profile.

  • Open, control panel, look for mail and click on it.
  • A mail setup-outlook box will appear when you click on the show profile button.
  • Now, we select the Outlook from the profile and then click on the Add button to add a new outlook profile.
  • Now, Add a profile name and then click on Ok.
  • In this step, we set our profile name, email address and passwords and then click on the Next Button.
  • After performing the above step our new profile is ready to use. Now click on finish and proceed to the final step.
  • Now, It is the final step, select the new profile, click on Always use this profile and select the new profile from the drop- down list. Now click on Apply and then Click on OK.
Due to the Bad and Poor Network Connection.

This network problem occurs anytime, and this cause our outlook server connection slow. This problem makes our outlook slow and unstable due to loss of connectivity. To solve this problem, we switch to better connection.

Antivirus Program Which Causes Outlook Program.
